What we collect

When you use this site to view the menu, place a Car Hop order, or make a booking or catering enquiry, we may collect: your name, mobile number, car plate number (Car Hop), and your order or booking details. If you sign in to your account, we send a one-time passcode (OTP) to your mobile to verify it — we store the passcode only in a short-lived, hashed form and never as plain text.

Why we use it

Only to take and fulfil your order or booking, to bring your order to your car, to sign you in, and to contact you about that order or booking. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

This site uses only strictly-necessary cookies — a single secure session cookie that keeps you signed in and protects forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. Because these cookies are essential to run the site, they don't require consent, and you don't need to accept anything to use it.

On-device storage

Your Car Hop cart and saved checkout details (name, phone, plate) are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device to save you re-typing. This stays on your device, isn't sent to us as a cookie, and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser's site data.

How long we keep it

We keep order, booking and account records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then remove or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Contact us at privacy@sfcgroup.online and we'll help.
